After years of backpacking and doing farm work across the world myself, I had a lot of time to think about the different challenges my employers were experiencing,
as well as my fellow backpackers.

I saw a clear gap: employers were putting in huge effort to hire backpackers, only to end up with workers who weren’t what they expected. At the same time, I met so many backpackers who were hardworking, reliable, and eager to prove themselves — they just needed the right chance. Having worked beside them in the fields, I know exactly what real effort looks like and what employers actually need. That’s why I created this agency: to match motivated backpackers with employers who deserve dependable staff, creating a genuine win-win for both.
